The client understands and agrees that payment is nonrefundable. The client understands if changes are possible they may incur additional costs and no negative changes will be allowed once order is paid. (I.e. reduced number of servings). Should your event cancel due to a National emergency, a full credit will remain on file for up to one year from original event date that may be used towards rescheduled event or a new custom cake order (may require additional payment).
