Mitchies Munchies strives to make the most beautiful, delicious, & creative cakes. We want your wedding cake to be outstanding & memorable for all your guests; especially…you. We take great pride in all of our products we make. Our pastry Chef will bake your cake, prepare all of the homemade fillings, icings and our Chief Cake/Sugar Artist Michelle aka Chef Mitch will assemble and decorate bringing your cake vision to life.
We can show you pictures of cakes we’ve created to give you ideas or make a sketch that reflects the personality of your ceremony and reception. One of our Sugar consultants will meet with you personally and walk you through serving sizes, design, specialty fillings, and more.
**Not from Vegas, but getting married here? We specialize in coordinating your cake needs from afar!
**for wedding cakes, please allow 2-3 MONTHS advance notice for booking. As some dates may already be booked. Chef Mitch has be known to make cake miracles happen, but the more notice the merrier!
An abundance of flavors for you to choose from are waiting. Don't see something you fancy? Just ask ! *NutZ are available upon request - but Chef Mitch prefers NOT to use nuts or dried fruits in her cake recipes.
